James is a strategic thinker and has a strong ability to read the room, knowing how to adapt to any given situation and work with all different types of people. James has a background in the international Film Industry, working for 10 years around the world on numerous Hollywood blockbusters as a Production Coordinator, as well as a Personal Assistant to Directors and Producers. On the Gold Coast, he has been responsible for sourcing and managing homes for a number of A-listers. James has had a long term passion for Real Estate and has a real drive and sense of excitement to help people on their Real Estate transaction journey. Communication is paramount and ensuring that buyers and sellers feel informed and pleased with how things are tracking is absolutely crucial to James. He doesn’t believe in a pushy approach, but will work tirelessly for his clients to ensure they are satisfied. James is looking forward to learning and growing in the LJ Hooker family!
